At Ted D. Miller Associates, we understand the importance of maintaining a high standard. This becomes further emphasized when running a business that directly handles or outputs wastewater; there is little room for error, both contractually and environmentally. We provide continuous service that ensures the wastewater monitoring process is safe, reliable, and dynamic. This includes general maintenance, installation, delivering samples, peace of mind, and much more.

Maintenance & Installation
Whether it is routine cleaning or replacing a key component, our Service Technicians make the experience easier on you. Our expertise comes from continuous training from our Manufacturers and years of in-field experience, ensuring the “wastewater task” seems like a much less daunting part of operating at your company.
The installation process of wastewater equipment can vary greatly depending on the environmental factors of each site. Things like flow depth or lack of horizontal space can make knowing the needed types of equipment difficult. We can evaluate the requirements of each customer and available options from manufacturers to make the right decision for all types of output systems.

Compliance & Safety
Permitting requirements can be confusing, but at TDMA, we know what equipment to use and what programs offer the safest back-up plans in the event of water contamination. Mission Communications is a SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) system that TDMA can install for you. Using their equipment like the MyDro 150 or the MyLevel, you can receive real time phone call alerts to key personnel if your levels are off. This system also offers a way to back up data of pH and/or flow monitoring to comply with the EPA or local authority’s standards. With SCADA systems like Mission’s in place, there is less need for worry surrounding the water your company outputs.
Common Equipment for Industrial Customers
ISCO Signature® Flow Meter

The ISCO Signature provides comprehensive flow measurement, data logging, and reporting capabilities. It supports multiple flow sensors, including ultrasonic, bubbler, and LaserFlow technologies, and can integrate with pH and temperature modules for complete monitoring solutions. Its advanced logging and telemetry features make it ideal for compliance reporting and long-term monitoring.
Compatible Sensors
When using the ISCO Signature in the industrial field, the most common sensors we see in tandem are the TIENet 301 pH Probe and the TIENet 310 Ex Ultrasonic Level Sensor. Both of these can reliably monitor the levels of the most common wastewater requirements while transmitting data to one, readable device (the Signature).
Flumes
Sometimes the amount of discharge across a channel is not adequate to complete readings with. In cases such as these, a flume is required. Flumes force the water into a smaller channel where things such as pH can be measured more accurately. There are a wide range of options that are available through TDMA from our flume manufacturer: OpenChannelFlow. Depending on your specific needs, our team can help you pick, install, and maintain the flume that can allow for reliable testing.
